Over a decade ago, we founded Stonehenge Associates on the bedrock of our 20 prior years of recruitment work and relationship-building with clients involved in the sale, underwriting, reinsurance, and administration of employee benefits and property/casualty insurance products.
We've shaped our business with the same tools our clients use: commitments to honesty, integrity, sustainability -- and the certainty that good relationships are the keystones of profitability and longevity.
Thus, we are constantly and consistently building relationships with individuals who make extraordinary staffing candidates. For over three decades, we've developed industry connections, worked in the community, and spent thousands of hours in professional associations. All of this allows us to scout the very best of talent, to observe first-hand where individuals excel, and to assemble a deep database of this information.

Ms. Perrault’s recruiting career spans three decades and consists of in-house recruiting experience, 20 years in the Executive Search business, 18 months managing a finance and accounting staffing agency branch, and one year with an employee benefits/insurance technology start-up. After graduating from California Lutheran University in 1983, Ms. Perrault joined Becher + Carlson Risk Management, Inc. (Beecher Carlson Companies) in Woodland Hills, California as their first non-principal employee. Ms. Perrault was responsible for all aspects of administration, operations, human resources, and recruiting. Upon her return to Northern California, Ms. Perrault joined the Insurance Executive Search firm of Amato & Associates where she pursued three areas of specialization within the property/casualty insurance industry: Reinsurance, Alternative Risk, and Professional Liability. Two years later Ms. Perrault formed the Executive Search Insurance Practice for Gary D. Nelson Associates. After eight years with the firm, Ms. Perrault was promoted to Branch Manager of the San Francisco office of Accountants Plus (also a division of Gary D. Nelson Associates).
In March of 2000 Ms. Perrault joined BenefitPoint, Inc. as their Senior Recruiting Manager handling all areas of the recruiting process including technical, administration, accounting, finance, account management, customer service, IT, and software development.
In May of 2001 Ms. Perrault founded Stonehenge Associates offering a variety of flexible, cost-effective staffing solutions to the property/casualty and employee benefits insurance industries. Ms. Perrault continues to serve those involved in the sale, underwriting, reinsurance, procurement, service and administration of commercial property/casualty and employee benefit products.
Ms. Perrault is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society, holds her degree in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior from California Lutheran University, is active in the Mt. Diablo and Golden Gate Chapters of CPCU, and has performed expert witness testimony on employment within the professional liability insurance industry.
